I showed some homes yesterday and this note was left in a few spots
for my buyers to see. Looks like they are ready for some offers!

This photo is from my home in Maidencreek Township. We had about 2
feet of snow last week. Most of the schools in Berks had off since
last week and now we are expecting more snow tonight! Hopefully only a
few inches, not sure where we are going to put all this snow!

I must say…this was a first for me. This home I showed in Sinking
Spring had this one bedroom full from wall to wall to wall of
bobbleheads! Amazing!

Was at 5th Street Diner today for lunch in Muhlenberg. While I was
paying my bill I noticed the countdown to spring has started!

Still one of my favorite places to eat in Berks County! Austin’s in
West Lawn! Sundays you can get a free kids meal with each entree
purchase!

Can you imagine still in your living room looking out of these windows
everyday? This is what I call a room with a view! You get to look out
at the pond and the Heidelburg Country Club in Berks County!

My sons last soccer practice… At least I could enjoy the sunset from
my car on this cold November day in Berks County!

What can you say Phillie love is all across the state but Berks County
residents love the Phillies! Go get ‘em!
